- “Assisted living like” housing jointly run by the housing authorities (HAs) and local senior service agencies (e.g. North Shore Elder Services [NSES], Greater Lynn Senior Services [GLSS], Mystic Valley Elder Services [MVES], Senior Care) that provide:

- 24 Hour On-site Service
- Case manager and service coordinator to help with accessing services
- Supportive Services, including PCAs, medication reminders and cleaning

- “Assisted living like” housing jointly run by the housing authorities (HAs) and local senior service agencies (e.g. North Shore Elder Services [NSES], Greater Lynn Senior Services [GLSS], Mystic Valley Elder Services [MVES], Senior Care) that provide:

- Apply for elderly/handicapped units at one of the below housing authorities and get placed in building with supportive services
- Reach out to senior services agency that manages services at the property for an assessment
