The Council on Aging identifies and serves the needs of older adults in our community by developing and implementing programs and activities and coordinating services to fulfil identified needs.

The Salem Council on Aging was founded in October of 1967 to serve the needs of Salem's aging community.

Greater Lynn Senior Services provides a wide range of social services—information, transportation, meals, advocacy, homecare, housing, and more—for one reason: to help those 60 and older in Lynn, Lynnfield, Nahant, Saugus and Swampscott live fuller, more independent lives, safely and with dignity.

SeniorCare Inc. is a non-profit organization that provides a one-stop portal for information and services to elders and adults with disabilities on Massachusetts’ North Shore.  SeniorCare provides important services such as home care, protective services, transportation, nursing home ombudsmen, money management, Medicare & Medicaid insurance counseling, caregiver support, nutrition, and preventative health services. In addition, SeniorCare coordinates the Meals on Wheels program, feeding over 500 frail, homebound seniors each week, and the Retired & Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP), placing more than 400 volunteers in local businesses and agencies each year.

Managed by the Peabody Council on Aging, a service agency of the City of Peabody, the Center meets the diverse interests of Peabody residents in areas such as entertainment, fitness, education, social services, daycare, and recreation.
